    Q: How do I start a Return

    Download and complete our Returns Form and include it with your shipment to be returned. It’s that easy!

    Q: How long do I have to make a return?

    If you are not completely satisfied, return the new/unused item in the original box pre-paid (customer is responsible for shipping cost) postmarked within 30 days of purchase, with a completed copy of our Returns Form , for a full refund.

    • Orders past 30 days are subject to a restocking fee.
    • Orders past 90 days are not subject to return.

    Q: My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

    Please contact customer service at nike@southwestwindmill.com immediately and we will be happy to assist you with the return and replacement.


    Q: Will there be a restocking fee applied to my return?

    • Orders returned within 30 days after the ship date do not have a restocking fee.
    • Orders past 30 Days are subject tot the following Restocking Fees

    Q: Where do I send my return?

    Please completely fill out our Return Form with your order information, and include it in the box.  Send the package prepaid to:

    • No COD or freight-collect shipments will be accepted. Credit will be issued for merchandise only - no refunds on handling/shipping charges.


    Q: What if I did not receive or have lost my original invoice?

    Simply contact Customer Service at mike@southwestwindmill.com and we will be happy to email, fax, or mail you a replacement.


    Q: When can I expect my refund to be processed?

    Credit are typically processed within 2-4 business days of receipt to the original form of payment.
