    Return Policy

    Returning things should be just as easy as making your initial purchase. At Southwest Windmill, we try to make that process as fast and as easy as possible.

    In most cases, you are responsible for the return freight on your purchase. You can make a return to us by downloading and completing our Return Form and including it in your return shipment to the specified address on the Return Form.

    • If the return is due to shipping damage or a defective item, please contact us immediately at mike@southwestwindmill.com and include your order number, and description of the damage or error.
    • We will not accept Return Shipments that are shipped to us COLLECT. They will be refused and returned to sender.
    • Returned Items must be in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging.

    Restocking Fees

     Orders are subject to the following restocking fees:

    No Returns Accepted

    • An additional 15% repackaging fee will be deducted for any item not returned in its original packaging.

    Damages and Defections

    If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we will ship a replacement ASAP and arrange return for the damaged/ incorrect.

    Exceptions / Non-Returnable items

    The following items are not eligible to return:

    • Closeout Specials and Custom Orders are not eligible for return
    • Any Installed / Used / Windmills.
    • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for gift cards.


    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.


    We will refund your order, minus any applicable restocking fees typically within 2-4 Business days of receipt

    Once approved you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method and sent an email confirmation to the email address used at order placement.

    Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
